Do you remember playing kick-the-can from just after dinner, until way past dark? Remember when you could sit cross-legged on the floor and play for hours? Remember a time when you didn’t want to go to bed?

FUNdamental Fitness brings the FUN back into exercise. By watching the natural movements of children…throwing, jumping, skipping, balancing, we are reminded that “PLAY” uses total body movements instead of specific muscles, to regain and build strength, stamina and flexibility.

FF class combines flowing yoga with functional fitness, interval training, balance, power and strength.

All levels are welcome and challenged.

This is a non-competitive, go-at-your-own-pace class, designed to inspire the joy of total body movements.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday:

8:15 am – 9:05 am. Level 2/3

On Sundays, I teach a Level 1/2 Yoga Class. It’s an hour of slowly breathing into your body with a natural flow of poses and pauses.

This sweet class is for “ending the weekend with honoring Your Self” and “preparing for your week with the same, but different honor”

Sundays: 4:30-5:30 pm. Level 1/2 Flow YOGA.

Drop in= $15

10 classes = $120

First class is always FREE!

Please bring your own mat, towel and water.
